He/she is the figure who welcomes guests and provides suggestions and information to enable the best possible experience during the stay; he/she has all the information about the facility because he/she is in charge of room assignments and makes sure that every service requested by the guest is met by interacting with colleagues; he/she supports or anticipates the management in the initial handling of guest complaints or mishaps.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in pastry, great attention to detail and the ability to create unique desserts that satisfy both taste and visual appeal.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Preparing and making a wide range of cakes, desserts, pies and modern pastries.
• Creating new recipes and revisiting classic desserts to enhance our menu.
• Management of raw material inventories and orders to ensure freshness and quality.
• Collaboration with ice cream shop staff to ensure coordination and efficiency in services.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the pastry laboratory.
• Compliance with food safety regulations and HACCP procedures.
